The web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting, but we recommend that you download the application prior to the conference using the link above for a smoother, more seamless experience.

Yes! All the videos are embedded into the virtual platform so as long as you have a conference account, you'll be able to view any of our sessions. The only restriction you might face is limited participation in Networking Sessions and Private one-on-one meetings. This is due to the fact that Zoom needs access to your camera microphone, company restrictions will limit your ability to participate via audio or video.

Yes. Our live programming will also be recorded for those in various time zones who have difficulty attending a live session.
Our goal is to make the virtual discussions as dynamic as possible and to offer alternative opportunities for interaction between speakers and participants.
Yes, just like you would in-person, you are able to attend the sessions of your choosing and you are able to move from session to session.
Event Terms, Conditions, and Policies |
All cancellation requests received on or before Monday, 4 October 2021, will be issued a refund less a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be given thereafter except in the event of extenuating circumstances, which the CERF office will identify on a case-by-case basis. Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. If you are not able to attend one or more sessions, CERF will not prorate or refund any part of your registration fee. Substitute attendees will be permitted. Substitution requests must be in writing via email to [email protected] no later than 7 days prior to the event start.
It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of each virtual session. If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the session is not able to be broadcast as planned, CERF reserves the right to reschedule the event. If an attendee experiences a technical failure on their end, CERF is not responsible for refunding the participant.
