Take Some Time for Wellness During the Conference!

Here are a variety of ways that you can recharge your body and mind and compete for fabulous prizes!
 
WE Move - Get outside and move. Record the distance you covered swimming, walking, running, biking, kayaking or with any other self-powered activity.
WE Yoga - Select a yoga session from the library of yoga videos selected for CERF.
WE Meditate - Take some time to unwind or prepare for the day with one of the meditation sessions recommended for conference attendees.
WE Listen - Add your favorites to this crowd-sourced CERF playlist and enjoy the list that we put together.
WE Craft - Join other CERFers virtually over during a conference break to work on a craft project and socialize.
