Exhibitor Booth Package

Each 10x10 booth space includes:

  • 8' high Teal/White/White/Teal Background Drape
  • 3' high Teal Side Drape
  • One (1) Teal Skirted Table

  • One (1) ID Sign

The hall is not carpeted. You may choose booth flooring to complement your booth space.

Complimentary WiFi will be available in the exhibit hall.

Exhibitor Services & Shipping Information

FERN is the contracted exhibitor services provider for all carpet, furnishings, and shipping services for the CERF 2023 Conference.

Freight must be received at the advance warehouse between October 19 - November 9, 2023 and cannot arrive at the show site prior to November 12, 2023.

Terms and Conditions

Sponsor & Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

In the event that the exhibitor and/or sponsor notifies CERF of the exhibitor’s and/or sponsor’s intent to repudiate the contract after acceptance, but prior to 30 August 2023, a full refund of monies received, less a $250 cancellation fee per booth, will be made. A penalty of 50% of the cost of the total booth space contracted will be imposed for a written cancellation received between 31 August 2023 and 1 October 2023. No refunds will be given for cancellations sent in after 1 October 2023. Cancellation fees will be imposed uniformly and will apply whether or not the space is resold. All sponsors are subject to the review and approval of the CERF Governing Board and the CERF 2023 Conference Committee.
