Group Registration for Non-Presenting Students for CERF 2021

With an eye to showing off the value of CERF as a professional society to non-members and allowing broader participation of students at the 2021 meeting, CERF is offering a non-presenting student group registration. This opportunity will allow course instructors and student supervisors, as well as CERF members, to invite their class(es), organization members, or extended lab members to attend CERF 2021 in its virtual format at a discounted rate.

Registration Fee: Non-Presenting Students Group Program 

The group registration cost is $5 per student registrant plus the full registration cost of the sponsoring instructor, supervisor, or CERF member. Upon approval of an application (details below), a special invoice will be generated for all attendees registering as part of the group rate. Once paid in full, a discount code will be provided to all student registrants to register individually.

If funds are a barrier to attendance, please indicate this on the form, and CERF will work with individual applicants to see how we can facilitate your attendance.

Students who register at the special group rate will be allowed to access the entire CERF 2021 meeting, enabling great flexibility in viewing content synchronously or asynchronously as well as attending participant informal sessions. Some workshops and events with additional costs would not be included in this student rate. No abstracts for these student attendees should be submitted through this program.
