CERF Wellness & CERFers on the RunCERFers on the Run is an informal running club that gets together to run and exercise throughout the cities that the CERF Biennial Conference visits. This year, the CERFers on the Run will be meeting at 6:00 AM and 6:50 AM to run at 6:15 am and 7:00 am, respectively, before the oral sessions start, Monday through Thursday. Each day, there will be two different group runs, consisting of a long (about 3 miles) and short (about 1 mile) run. CERFers on the Run will meet at the Wellness table within the Greater Richmond Convention Center (GRCC) near the registration desk. Sign-in each morning, as the top participant for each running time will win a prize! Meet, Greet, and stretch with your fellow runners and group yourselves for your run of interest and go for a run! All of the runs below include park site and historic landmarks in Richmond, as well as the infamous view of the James River. Running routes are below and small print outs will be available at the CERF Wellness table each morning. Not a runner, but need some AM exercise? We got you!
