Conference rooms may also be cool, so layering is a smart idea. The dress code for CERF 2025 is smart casual — think neat, comfortable clothing suitable for both conference sessions and evening events. No cash-to-credit conversion services will be available onsite. Receptions and poster sessions will feature light appetizers; however, attendees are responsible for their own meals throughout CERF 2025. Attendees can dine at the onsite food court/concessions or visit local restaurants near the GRCC. Select receptions will also feature cashless payment bars. There will be water bubblers for attendee use in the halls and in Exhibit Hall A. Coffee will be provided only at breaks. We encourage you to bring your own water bottles and travel mugs to reduce waste! OnsiteDuring the CERF conference, the GRCC will have the food court on Level 2 and Concessions A in Exhibit Hall A open for attendees to purchase food.
